This text explains in plain language how StickerTrack handles data while the service is used.
This informational baseline must receive legal review before public launch.
Account data
We process name, email, a hashed password, and language preference to authenticate and personalize the account.
Collections and scanner
We store collections, quantities, and necessary scan history. Scanner images are processed locally and are not uploaded or stored; only necessary text results may be sent.
External services and storage
Wikidata and Wikimedia Commons may provide approved data and images. The browser uses local storage for the session and a language cookie. Buy Me a Coffee is only an external link.
Logs, retention, and deletion
Technical logs may include request and user identifiers, without passwords or tokens. Deletion anonymizes personal data and removes collections and scans; minimum administrative records may remain for audit.
Contact and independence
The contact channel must be defined before launch. StickerTrack is independent and is not affiliated with publishers, sports organizations, or brand owners.
